FAQs

A course is a pre-recorded program with video lessons, practice resources and other materials for you to work on. It is self-paced, so you can do them anywhere, any time. A course typically runs over several weeks.

A workshop is a once-off live session focused on a specific topic. These are done in larger groups but do offer opportunities to get live input into your playing and practice. These sessions are recorded and you can work through the sessions later on, even if you cannot attend the live event

A class is a recurring live session taught either in a group or 1-on-1. These sessions occur weekly or bi-monthly and require a higher level of commitment. They offer you direct input into your playing and help keep you committed to your practice.

 

The Practice Club is part of our premium membership. It is a community of flute players from all over the world who come together in their practice to support, grow, encourage and learn from each other. The main community space is the Facebook group where Tatiana provides regular practice challenges, additional practice resources, and priority access to other events and workshops. You can post practice videos, or videos of you doing the challenges, ask questions, share ideas and resources and interact with a wonderfully supportive community.

We welcome flutists of all levels! We pride ourselves in creating content tailored to various levels of flute players. We believe it is so important to be working with material that is at your level.

You should receive an activation email immediately after registering your account.

If you do not see it, first check your promotions tab and spam folder, to see if it has landed there.

Sometimes it takes a while for the email to deliver. So give it a little time, go practice and see in a few minutes if it has arrived.

If it has still not delivered, there may be a problem with your email address or the sign-up process.

Memberships and billing

We have several different membership levels for you to choose from.

Our basic membership is completely free. This gives you access to the community and allows you to buy any of our courses and resources as well as tickets to live events.

We are currently transforming our existing membership offerings, so stay tuned for updates!

Currently, all our Novice to early-intermediate community members are invited to join our comprehensive learning program called Let’s Practice, Together! This is an everything-you’ll-ever-need program for learning the flute including practice materials and sheet music, daily practice plans and extensive teaching videos helping your through every step of the process.

If you are a Novice-early-intermediate player and you are looking for a comprehensive way to learn the flute, our Let’s Practice, Together! membership may be just the thing for you!

For more advanced players and our absolute beginners, stay tuned! We have some exciting programs coming up!

Our primary payment gateway is currently PayPal. Don’t have an account? Not to worry. We can send you an invoice directly that you can pay with a credit card each month without having a PayPal account. Alternatively, you can purchase any of our programs outright in the shop and get lifetime access to them (a great option for our busy community members!).

To purchase any item from our shop, you will need to create a free account. Creating a free account is quick and easy and will allow you to get quick and easy access to your purchases. You do not, however, need to have a premium or any other paid membership to make purchases at our shop.

Canceling your membership is easy to do and completely in your control. If you go to your membership account you will see the options to change or cancel your memberships. To get there, click on your profile icon on the top right-hand corner of the screen and go to “My memberships”. From there, you will see the options to upgrade, downgrade or cancel your membership.
