Very often you will hear people tell you to just practice with a tuner. This doesn’t really solve the problem though. It does not help you to develop the skill of really hearing your intonation away from the tuner. What you really need is to develop your ear. You need to learn to use your tuner effectively, develop your ability to listen and recognize your intonation problems and make the necessary adjustments.
